Honorable Barbara N. Petrungaro

Bobbi Petrungaro is a Circuit Judge in the Twelfth Circuit, Will County, Illinois. She is a graduate of Lewis University and Valparaiso University School of Law. After law school, Petrungaro worked as a law clerk under U.S. Magistrate Judge Andrew P. Rodovich (U.S. District Court, Northern District of Indiana). She later gained experience as an attorney with law firms Swanson, Martin & Bell in Chicago and Spesia, Ayers & Ardaugh in Joliet before becoming an assistant state's attorney for Will County in 2001. Judge Petrungaro has been on the bench since 2005 and was recently assigned to Law Division, after serving many years as Supervising Judge of the Arbitration Division.
